DNS over HTTPS with Chrome

1) Open registry editor as Administrator
2) Add the following key if it does not exist: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome
3) Add REG_SZ entry "DnsOverHttpsMode" with value "automatic"
4) Add REG_SZ entry "DnsOverHttpsTemplates" with whatever DoH you wish to use
5) Restart the browser
